Light in water droplets
The primary rainbow 'touching' the ground. Also visible are a few supernumerary bows just inside the main rainbow; these bows are caused by light interference when the raindrops causing the rainbow are much uniform in size. Taken in March 2001, near Wijdenes, The Netherlands.
Fuji Provia 100F film, exp. 1/60 sec. at f/5.6 with 200mm lens.
