Dissipation trail in supercooled altocumulus deck, caused by a passing airplane. Such cloud holes are most likely near civil or military airports, since there the airplanes will more likely be intersecting such a cloud layer and cause glaciation. The cloud hole in the background formed earlier and had already partially filled up with new altocumulus at the time the photo was taken.
